Greenfi AI & Analytics software helps businesses to improve ESG risk management and climate compliance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to generate meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis on structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
  • Use statistical techniques to interpret and visualize data trends.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, predictive models, and KPI metrics for various business units.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous validation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data integration and warehouse solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools to bring innovative approaches to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within ESG or Sustainability domain.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good to have:

  • Experience with big data platforms such as Teradata, Hadoop, or Spark.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in working with large datasets in business intelligence environments.
