Role Overview (Europe Focus):

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who will support digital outreach, marketing campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation, with a primary focus on European markets. You will play a hands-on role in building client relationships, managing growth pipelines, and advancing GreenFi’s mission in the climate action space across the region.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in business development across Europe and proficiency in one or more European languages, who are interested in ESG, sustainability, and high-growth climate-tech environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaigns & Client Engagement:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed at sales revenue and pipeline targets through effective prospecting, relationship management, and deal execution.
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Manage lead generation, CRM tracking and engagement funnels
  • Support sales pipeline creation, opportunity mapping, and revenue forecasting
  • Establish and manage channel partnerships within Europe

2. Content & Branding:

  • Prepare content for blogs, social media, email campaigns and reports
  • Assist in developing branding and messaging aligned with our sustainability mission
  • Contribute to A/B testing and campaign optimisation to increase visibility and lead conversion

3. Operational & Digital Marketing Support:

  • Help oversee campaign budgets and performance analytics
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and digital marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Canva, Apollo, Instantly)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and reporting
  • Submission of Tenders/ RFP’s

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in Business Development
  • Experience working across European markets (must-have)
  • Multilingual proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.)
  • Strong communication & storytelling skills especially in writing clear, concise and impactful content
  • Deep interest in climate action, ESG and sustainability
  • Motivated, organised and able to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
  • Experience (or keen interest) in digital marketing, social media and B2B campaigns
  • Bonus: Familiarity with email tools (e.g. Instantly, Apollo), CRM software and growth analytics
