Role Overview
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across the organisation. Work closely with leadership team to solve complex problems across product, partnerships, operations, and growth. Serve as a thought partner to leadership team, translating insights into actionable strategies. Oversee cross- functional execution and ensure alignment with GreenFi’s growth and product roadmap. Lead high-impact projects and initiatives from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive strategic planning, goal setting, and performance tracking across teams
● Work directly with leadership team on high-priority initiatives and decision-making
● Build presentations, reports, and briefing materials for stakeholders and investors
● Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
● Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, data, partnerships, and operations
● Support external communications with partners, clients, and investors
● Coordinate strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships
● Ensure alignment across teams and improve execution efficiency
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related fields (MBA preferred)
● 4–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, or operations roles
● Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
● High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
