Job Description:
As the Communication Manager at GreenFi, you will oversee the development and execution of our content strategy, ensuring that GreenFi’s voice is aligned with our mission to drive sustainability and ESG impact across industries. You will play a key role in organizing events, engaging with stakeholders, and promoting our brand in a way that strengthens GreenFi’s presence in the market. This role is integral to fostering growth, expanding our community, and amplifying our commitment to a greener future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Content Strategy: Develop and execute compelling content across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and more. Ensure that GreenFi’s messaging is aligned with our brand and mission to raise awareness in the climate and ESG space.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage key events such as Sus Crunch (our flagship event) and Climate Ninja meetups. Handle all logistics and ensure successful execution that engages our audience and drives impactful conversations.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with a diverse network of customers, startups, investors, corporate leaders, and climate advocates. Build and nurture our community to help grow GreenFi’s presence in the industry.
- Brand Building & Thought Leadership: Position GreenFi as a thought leader in the climate fintech and ESG space by developing high-quality content that educates and informs our audience while strengthening our brand.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track the success of content and events, measure audience engagement, and report on key metrics to ensure goals are being met and to refine future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft engaging, informative, and thought-provoking content across various channels. Demonstrated ability to create content that resonates and engages an audience.
- Event Management Expertise: Strong experience in organizing both virtual and in-person events, ensuring smooth logistics, high attendance, and impactful outcomes.
- Communication & Public Speaking Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, with bonus points for experience in public speaking and making technical topics accessible and interesting.
- Self-Starter: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
