The Role: Inside Sales Representative (Europe Focus)
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, working directly with companies to deliver impactful ESG and climate-tech solutions. Your contributions will directly drive revenue growth while positioning GreenFi as a trusted sustainability partner.
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 Days: Master GreenFi’s product, value proposition, and sales methodology, including European regulatory context (e.g., ESG disclosures, compliance expectations)
- 60 Days: Build a strong pipeline across target European markets and close your first deals
- 90 Days: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and expand regional outreach
- 12 Months: Drive significant revenue contribution from Europe and earn opportunities for advancement
What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts across Europe and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Build Regional Pipeline: Develop and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads across European geographies
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Understand client challenges, regulatory requirements, and ESG goals specific to European markets
- Lead Strategic Engagements: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across different countries and cultures
- Leverage Multilingual Skills: Engage with prospects in their preferred language to build stronger relationships and trust
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure regional relevance and client success
- Influence Market Direction: Provide insights on European ESG trends, regulations, and client needs to shape product roadmap
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven sales performer as a Sales Development Rep, Account Manager, or Inside Sales Rep, preferably selling SaaS to mid-market organizations
- Skilled in consultative selling and engaging in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, capable of developing account plans to drive sustained growth
- Exceptional relationship builder with key decision-makers
- Results-oriented, resilient, and intellectually curious
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Zoom, or similar (preferred, not required)
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 5+ years in Sales
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software
- Experience with consultative, solution-based selling
- Passion for tackling new challenges and growing in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Exposure to European ESG regulations or sustainability landscape is a strong plus
